 When we first purchased Matrix in 2003 we had a very difficult project and it was suggested that I call Ray at Eiffel Jewelry for his expertise. Since that initial phone call I have attended three Advanced Matrix training sessions taught by Ray. Each time I have come away impressed by his passion and knowledge of Matrix and his hands on knowledge of manufacturing jewelry. The classes are geared towards your needs and they are “hands on”.
Early in 2005 we purchased our own Revo mill and again I choose travel to LA to attend Ray’s milling class. The added expense of traveling to LA has more than paid for itself. I have enjoyed being one of Ray’s students and with the release of Version 5 of Matrix I am already planning on attending another advanced class in 2006.
By attending his Matrix and milling classes Ray has helped Award Concepts, Inc deliver samples and finished product much quicker than in the past and will help us increase our share of the Service, Recognition and emblematic market in the US.
